SATURDAY SCRAMBLE comes to the BIG Apple Saturday 12 June 10

Saturday Scramble is on final approach for a landing in the Big Apple as part of "LIGHT UP AMERICA" Satruday June 12.  If this event lives up to the billing it had last year look for every ARTCC to be online this day.  Actual event details have not been released, however it is safe to say that if you want ATC you will be able to find this Saturday on VATSIM.

Saturday, June 12th
1700-0200Z (1300-2200 EDT)
New York City, (KEWR, KLGA, KJFK)

Team we have so many flights that operate into and out of the New York City all pilots should not have any trouble finding a flight.  So if you want to see just how real your simming exerince can get, "Light Up AMerica" is one of those that will blow your mind away.

Any flight that is flown into or out KEWR, KLGA, or KJFK on VAFS and VATSIM will count for double flight hours during the event time.  So set aside some time on Saturday and help VATSIM "LIght Up America"
