Thank you for considering a pilot position at Virtual-USAairways. Joining Virtual-USAairways is an extremely simple and cost-free process. As in many aspects of aviation itself, we have created and abide the registration process to a CHECKLIST. Ready?

Must posess a legal copy of either Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 - A Century of Flight -or- Microsoft Flight Simulator X -or- both. Experience and expertise are welcome but not required. At Virtual-USAairways we welcome pilots of all experience levels and backgrounds. From real world airline Captains to the flight simulation novice, an exciting opportunity awaits you here. We do ask for an open and collaborative disposition from all members.

Familiarize yourself with the Virtual-USAairways Operations Manual found [here]. This is the heart of our procedures and processes as it contains the set of rules which regulate all pilot participation within Virtual-USAairways as well as outlining the staff responsibilities and commitments. Since you are required to take and pass an entrance quiz over this information once registered, we strongly encourage you to read it thoroughly.

Virtual-USAairways Pilot Candidates are required to validate their e-mail address prior to activation, and are initially assigned a system-generated password. Upon activation of your account you will be provided with your USA Pilot Number and with instructions on how to establish your own site password.

▪ Activate your account with Virtual Airline Financial System (VAFS).
 - Human Resources will provide Pilot Candidates with instructions via email.
 ▪ Pass our Entrance Quiz scoring 75% or greater [found under "Join US/Entrance Quiz"]

Within 14 days of your account activation you must:
 ▪ File your first PIREP through VAFS
 ▪ Register on the Virtual-USAairways Forum with your first and last name only

Make sure you always check your email program's spam folder for messages originated by Virtual-USAairways and please add our domain [virtual-usaairways.com] to your trusted/safe senders list.
